Contentment
Mostly, things or events that make you happy come when u least expect....n mostly in the simplest of all things simple....keke.....if u get wat I mean....hee hee....
Take last weekend for example....I helped my dd paint his room walls coz that ding dong bell went to DIY removed all the....wat u call them....hm....fixed up furnitures? Well....anyway, he went to remove it himself which resulted in so many many ugly holes in his walls.....yeeeeek... so we hafta paint his room an apple green color (my first choice was purple but he refused....so this understanding gf of his....aka muah.....suggested apple green instead....hee). While I wanted to try out using the ladder to paint the higher part of the wall....he refused to let me coz he say I'm accident prone....okies....that makes my heart melt a little althou the way he says it sux....but sigh....wat can I say...he is not romantic kinda person lor.....n maybe I'm a a bit too dillusional? kekekeke.....
but frankly speaking, its so tiring to paint the whole 4 walls u noe....somemore with micro-mini small paintbrushes.....*grumble grumble*....but then again, not that I contributed much also....most of the paint went to my hands....I cant rem how I got them.....I was being very careful u noe.....but still it "mysteriously" landed on my hand.....heeee....
the thing is....althou the task was super tiring.....it was amazingly nice....contented....hmmm.....maybe its the singing, the teasing, the laughing at each other's work or the act of working together and the process of encouragement we gave to each other....well, kanbatei was my fav word while my dd kept asking me "dear lei ma?".....well....yeah.....not romantic again hor....*grumble grumble*....I shld ask him to say to me "deeear....ni hao xing ku ooooh.....Let me treat u to crystal jade la mian xiao long bao"....kekkee.....then he'll tell me next time dun need to help liaoz....yue bang yue mang! kekeke.....
We finally finished painting the walls on Sun morn, head down to Ikea to buy some DIY (yeah....he doesnt learn his lesson one!) cabinets and bookcases and ended up fixing all those yucky dirty wooden thingy by the end of the day.....sooooo tired....he owe me big time, man!!! kekeke.....yeah....I went to bed thinking.....he owe me crystal jade la mian xiao long bao! Hmpft!
